Health care reform is PERSONAL health care reform. We are in big trouble! I am 76 and don’t have any health insurance. Those of us who do not want to participate in worthless government health care programs are personally responsible for our own care. We rely on health care that is provided by good diets of food, that is not synthetic and that consists of real, right and raw things. We cook low and slow and never fry or well done anything. We also depend on natural vitamins minerals and supplements that come from reliable FDA approved man-ufacturing facilities. We depend on the national associations that help protect us from government intervention.

Many years ago “we” helped to establish the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA) which would protect us from the FDA interfering with our Good Man-ufacturing Principals (GMP). “At a press conference held recently, Sen. John McCain (R. Ariz) announced that he would be introducing legislation that would amend the DSHEA to give FDA additional powers over retailers and suppliers in the dietary supplements industry”. This legislation is also cosponsored by Sen. Byron Dorgan, D.N.D.

There is a war on! It has to do with taking your “vitamins” away. Are you awake? There are many things you can do to fight this outrageous attack on those of us who do not want Government to take care of us.

This is urgent! I go to England very often and am very disappointed that I can’t find one-third of the vitamins, minerals and supplements that are available in the USA. They have socialized medicine.

I would never have dreamed that Sen. McCain would want to take on the private sector of the independent health food industry. He might as well get ready to pack his bags! He has never seen such a determined, powerful, aggressive, and strong willed healthy group of AMERICANS. We will come to his office in Washington and in Arizona and have a conversation with him about his health and about the options that we have.

I personally take care of my health and not SEN. McCAIN or PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA, WILL EVER TAKE AWAY MY FREEDOM OF PURCHASING THE HEALTH CARE PRODUCTS THAT I WANT TO PUT INTO MY BODY. Will they go into the grocery store and have FDA approved carrots, apples and meats. How dare they! I am HOT, ANGRY and ready to run to his office where ever he is and find out why he would even DARE to mess with us or the DSHEA.
