Exercise And Electrolytes

Posted September 1st, 2005 by Gill The Pill |

Did you know that drinking to much water may dilute your electrolytes and cause major shortage of electrolytes in your body? Recently, some marathon runners have died because they drank to much water while running. Many products on the market claim that they are good for hydration but sometimes the composition of the electrolytes is not correct. My father, DR. Emil Weise made an original electrolyte product now called Km,which gives fantastic levels of potassium and sodium for atheletes. I have used this product on all of my marathons. I urge you to have a short consultation with me regarding your personal needs. Call or email me and we’ll go from there. A perfectly tuned body can perform well if the needed body elements are present. Don’t forget to stretch before your exercise and cool down after your exercise. Too many people get into trouble by jumping into a hot jucuzzi after exercise which cause injury and even death. While running may not be your thing, I strongly urge you to be knowledgeable about essential suppletments and proper stretching excercises for your needs. I am here to help you..Improving your health…our total committment.

Hi Gil, If you are interested in passing the word along, I publish an online homeopathic newsletter called Homeopathy4u and it is available at a low price of only $4.99 per year, 12 monthly issues. Here are the links to the first 3 issues. Two subscriptions to the newsletter were given as door prizes at the FL Homeopathic Society’s annual luncheon in Orlando last month. Great for homeopathic study groups.

By the way, I am the “mercury dental filling girl” treated by Dr. Parsons many years ago now. Have a nice evening. Sandy

can depleted electrolytes in ones body cause atrailfibralation, or similar symptoms?

  4. Dana M Minton Says:

In the last month I have done 2 bike tours or around 40 miles each. At the end of both rides I was very emotional and fatiqued.
Could my electrolytes be out of whack because of the exercise?

I normally ride 20 to 25 miles twice a week with no after effects.

    Dana
