Blood Pressure

Posted October 25th, 2006 by Gill The Pill |

Most of us must realize that high blood pressure can be reduced by taking prescription drugs.  Most of us may not know that an alternative approach is right under your nose. Drinking more pure water, avoiding saturated and trans fats, skipping salt and avoiding refined or synthetic sugars are some things that should be strictly adhered to. Other alternatives that may not be so obvious are some natural things that are readily available. These are the items that we should do daily but we don’t consider them as a part of the daily plan because they are not part of the standard American diet. I include: garlic, ginger, onion, cayenne, tomato, celery, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar into my daily requirements. There’s an additional list that we will discuss another time but if you start doing this today you will see a difference.  Now before you say you can’t let me remind you that all of my programs are achieveable.  So, start slow and by that I mean consume any amount every day. Get started! Visit with me some time if you want to reduce the amount of medications that you are taking. That means less side effects, our goal. We will work with you and your physician when we do this.  As always, EXERCISE is mandatory every day. Again, start slow but do it!! Improving your health, my total commitment.
