Exercise is MANDATORY

During a morning workout at the gym, we were discussing the reason(s) why people won’t work out or do some type of formal exercise or as I say “Gill Time”. I need time for myself to rid my body of the “stress” of day to day activity. What better way to do that than just have some time for yourself. Whatever exercise is your “bag”, why not do it daily? Perhaps you have a program that is to hard to reach. Step back and consider the fact that if you did “something” every day for lets say 3-5 minutes. Consistently! Then make sure you do it. Can’t raise your arm, your leg or even your fingers? Then try a 5 minute breathing exercise. I’m saying, DO SOMETHING! And then stick with it. Make a committment! I did exactly that 46 years ago and I haven’t stopped. Now at 72, not quite as fast, but more fit than ever before, I make that daily committment that I will start again tomorrow. Talk to me. Come by to see us. I am doing this, not as a fad, but as life style.
