Products that are unopened may be returned within 30 days with receipt. If you purchased the product through our NaturallyWeise.com online shop, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to send it back to us and original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Shipping:

Products purchased from NaturallyWeise.com will be charged a flat rate shipping charge of $4.95 for all orders under $50. Orders over $50 will receive free shipping.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 24-36 hours depending on product inventory and day of order (weekdays vs. weekends). Orders will be shipped US Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We only ship to addresses within the U.S.
